Accounts and Customer Service Executive

The key responsibilities of this role comprises of the following:
1. Customer Account Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
2. Invoice Generation:
- Generate accurate and timely invoices for services and products based on customer usage.
- Verify pricing, discounts, and applicable taxes before issuing invoices.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure accurate billing information.
3. Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records related to customer accounts.
- Reconcile discrepancies in billing and resolve any issues promptly.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and concerns.
5. Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer requirements and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
