Global Info Security Awareness

The focus will be on:
- Awareness & communication program campaign, globally
- Management cybersecurity alert and all communications with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Interface to 3rd party for commercial process and delivery supervision
- Management reporting
- Coordination with GLP internal business units
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for improving GLP employee’s awareness on cybersecurity, including awareness program planning based on GLP’s risk, awareness contents management, and awareness delivery to all GLP countries. And coordinate with each country to customize awareness programs in order to reach the best effect as well as mitigate the country specific risks
- Responsible for global cybersecurity communications, including but not limited to security alert, change notification, awareness promotion. And coordinate with each country for customised communications.
- Support global cybersecurity strategy to analyse threat and risk landscape for GLP specific cybersecurity risk profiling. And update awareness and communications to best fit GLP’s business contexts
- Establish and operate GLP Global Information Security Community (GISC) to realise GISC’s missions, including exchange lessons learnt from incidents, detected trends of incident/risks, and best practice sharing.
- Maintain positive relationships with all the country/business platform IT heads and business stakeholders, including but not limited to regular catchup meetings, key project progress update and expectation & feedback management
- Support cybersecurity strategy function on regular and on-demand reporting tasks
- Support to update and maintain group level/global information security policies and collaborate with respective business functions for instructions and procedures
- Coordination within cybersecurity team and group IT teams for collaborated activities
- Support the cybersecurity team on vendor management and necessary commercial processes
- Others tasks assigned by CISO
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree of Information Security or Other Related Majors
- 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
- Professional understanding the importance of cybersecurity awareness and communications
- Delivery of awareness and communication in an interesting and impressive way to reach the max of the effectiveness
- Professional analysis and presentation skills
- Professional consultancy skills for communications with business stakeholders
- Proven coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with or without direction and/or supervision;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a complex environment;
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior business executives and managers;
