Roles & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about empowering students with knowledge and improving the quality of education in Singapore? If you are, then TMC Academy wants you. As a TMC Lecturer, you will get the opportunity to work with fellow academic coaches to develop and implement educational objectives for our courses. We are looking for a committed Lecturer specialising in **Hospitality & Tourism Management**.

**JOB QUALIFICATION**:

- At least a Degree qualification
- At least 2 year experience as an academic in the related field
- Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The preparation and delivery of lessons, tutorials and practical classes according to the course syllabus.
- Marking and moderating of all coursework and assessment papers.
- Prepare exam related reports.
- To act as invigilators during examinations.
- Courseware development and update.
- Assist in the development of new courses, design & revision of course curriculum with appropriate advice from and support of more senior staff.
- Provide necessary supervision to/and consultation with students.
- Feedback to the Academic Director or designate about the class performance.
Attendance at all the departmental meetings.
- Co-ordination and participation in activities related to Student Orientation, Marketing, Open House and Competitions.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Academic Director or designate.
**Scheduling**
- Class scheduling will be planned by the Academic Services Team.
- Number of classes per week varies with cohort size.
- Schedule will be released before the start of each Semester
