1. Role Description:
This position reports to the director.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1.Trainee will be able to carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials, take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements.

2.Trainee will be able to reject all the incoming raw materials fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest. Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines

3.Trainee will be able to be covered on how to provide training to the quality assurance team and to design an efficient design protocol which can be used across all domain

4. The Trainee will be able to guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.

5. The Trainee will know how to prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records. The Trainee shall also recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met

6.Trainee will be guided and expected to monitor the production phase at various levels. Be able to report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected

3. Competencies:
1.Oversee and handle Quality Assessment Measures, Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

2.Quality Inspection including to Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced, Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.

3.Mentorship of Quality Assurance, Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.

4.Mentorship of Quality Control, Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

5.Inspection Process, Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

6.Advanced QA & QC Inspection - Report inspection and test data

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $3800
