- **Responsibilities**:

- Support for the Operational readiness of the machineries and equipment
- Leading and guiding the team and preparing of operating procedures & reviews
- Coordinate with Opts and Engineering team for PM/CM
- Coordinate with Training Manager for training & competency development
- Support relevant PM/CM activities in Yard or cross deployment if required
- Day to day monitoring of the machineries and equipment and give guidance to the team
- Planning and coordination with Ops department
- To troubleshoot the issues and processes when needed (routine as well as during breakdown)
- Process/equipment/machinery optimization, evaluate critical operational processes and identify key areas to improve operational effectiveness
- Preparation of project turnaround tasks and coordination of activities
- Initiate equipment/machinery modifications to improve performance and reliability
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) on process incidents and process failures, recommend corrective actions to eliminate them and follow up on closure of the actions
- Support in implementation of Safety directives, guidelines and prepare reports if needed
- Support on the Management of Change (MOC) and execute the changes
- Support Dept Manager in preparation of annual FOH/Capex budget
- Support regulation, autdit and certifications reporting

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any Engineering field with at least 8-10 years of similar experience
- Experienced in PLC/SCADA/HMI
- Familiar with Automation and Control engineering
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong leadership and organizing abilities, especially for implementation projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with communication skills; collaborative and good learning attitude

**Other Information**:

- Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
