- Report to the Sales/Marketing Head on all aspects of Operations.
- At the outset, you are required to understand the basics of graphic design concepts, copywriting, **print production** and ensure on time and quality deliverables on designs to the best of your abilities.
- Always safe-guard CBMM’s Design and intellectual interest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding marketing problems and develop relevant creative ideas and design concepts to meet the brief from the sales team.
- Design and develop brochures/collaterals ready for print production.
- Developing creative presentations and mood boards to help bring ideas to life and stay within the Brand narrative.
- Collaborating with wider team, suppliers to amend and redevelop ideas after feedback.
- Maintaining awareness of creative work done by competitors, and market/tech developments and cultural trends in relation to the CBMM brands being worked on to ensure campaigns are unique.
- Managing the pressure of tight deadlines and busy schedules, working on multiple projects simultaneously as required.
- Responsible for constant knowledge upgradation to keep up with the latest advancements in the related field, to ensure CBMM embraces and follows best practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of experience in the Design domain (minimum of 2 years in print production)
- Good Communication skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
