We are looking for a motivated Corporate Finance Manager ready to take on a broad scope including financial planning and analysis, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. For this role, you should hold a strong finance degree followed by relevant work experience. In particular, prior FP&A experience in a technology startup or as a member in a SaaS finance team is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial forecasts, analyse data and create financial models
- Undertake research into specific markets and comparable companies
- Assist in external fund raising for the company
- Assist with due diligence of potential acquisitions
- Review of legal documents of related transactions
- Participate in budgeting for the company as well as specific projects
- Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
- Prepare presentation materials
- Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years relevant professional finance experience in FP&A, M&A and/or valuation
- Prior FP&A experience in a technology startup or as a member in a SaaS finance team
- Strong academic background with Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyse data, generate insights and construct solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- CFA/CPA certification and basic knowledge of SQL are pluses
