**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with traders, strategists, and other operations professionals to actively resolve data exceptions, delve into technical issues to investigate and fix complex problems involving multiple teams and vendors, and work with business partners to analyze and implement solutions for new business reference data requirements
- Collaborate with a team of global product experts to utilize knowledge in resolving comprehensive reference data issues involving multiple stakeholders across diverse teams and divisions
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to understand all aspects of product and pricing reference data, and interpret their attributes to all downstream systems reliant on these attributes
- Build strong and effective relationships with critical vendors providing reference data to improve their controls and deliver the best product possible to the company
- Suggest ideas for process improvements and implement them globally to enhance the overall process
- Collaborate with senior technologists and project managers on key projects that are redefining the reference data support model used across the entire financial industry

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of derivatives pricing and trade life cycle in any asset
- Ideally from a data science background, or familiar with SQL/ VBA macro
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with dynamic and aggressive deadlines
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Good communication skills in English since it requires working with foreigners
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from a reputable university
