**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grow our business and maintaining a robust relationship with key partners, be our front line in establishing partnerships and have an active say in setting winning direction of our offering including but not limited to product launches, service commitment and multi-channel strategy. You are presented with the opportunity to change the way business are run within the company.
- Work in close partnership with local and regional counterparts to ensure top-line and bottom-line results meet operating and strategic plan objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve the overall profitable growth target.
- Collaborate with internal teams in delivering strategic initiatives and propositions across B2B2C and B2B segments for both life and non-life offerings.
- Actively communicate and promote we are digital organization with the ability to respond to market opportunities much more quickly than global insurance companies. We foster agile culture that pursues and rewards innovation, as well as a mind-set that puts us at the forefront of changes in the digital financial services.
- Actively involved with implementation through working with the in-house development team, marketing, finance and operations, actuarial, product team, compliance and legal. Bridging the communication between external and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the Business transformation agendas by active participation in business improvements squads.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and distribution experience with an outstanding track record in the insurance and financial services business development space and is looking for the next sales champion to help drive business strategy.
- Strong business acumen, instinct and understanding of products and risk appetite.
- Ability to plan, organize, direct and implement goals and objectives, and to stimulate creativity and change when required.
- Ability to confidently and professionally interact with clients and senior-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to perform budget preparation and analysis, along with the development of a solid business plan.
- Comfort and affinity for leveraging data to find impactful insights and drive profit-generating changes.
- Knowledge and/or business experience of the e-commerce and fintech landscape.
- Skilled in developing Power Point presentations, business case, business proposal and commercial contracts
- Project management ability and drive-for-results orientation.
