**About the Programme**

The POPULAR Management Trainee Programme strives to develop and grow a pool of multi-skilled and versatile talents for our ever-changing retail business. Through the 18-month programme (shorter duration for Internship Programme), you will get to learn on-the-job and contribute real-life with the planned rotations across the various functions and aspects of the business. At the end of the programme, you will be equipped to take on managerial roles and fast track your career progression with us.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A fresh graduate or relevant courses of study; or graduates with no more than 1 year of working experience
- Strong interest in retail and/or retail operations
- High energy and a passion for excellent customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, analytical skills and takes initiatives
- Fast learner with a drive to deliver results
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends or public holidays where required
- Full-time, Singapore, 5-day work week
