**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Senior Manager is responsible to facilitate all aspects of the daily operations and office administration, and provide support in developing executing internationalisation strategies in Thailand, including the Singapore-Thailand Corridor and the region. The role will report to the Director, Overseas Centre Bangkok (OCB). Based in Bangkok, the Senior Manager will:

- Engage with key strategic partners and companies.
- Support the Director in the development and execution of strategic plans.
- Assist in enquiries and liaise between SMU stakeholders and local entities.
- Conduct market research, provide market intelligence, develop/update communication materials, track deliverables and provide periodic reporting to the management team.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies, including but not limited to supporting public relations, advertising, social media, and corporate communication.
- Manage the operations of the office.
- Support operational planning and budgeting.
- Manage a range of administrative support functions such as preparation of reports and meeting notes, organising meetings and supporting event logistics.
- Conduct desktop research and data analysis.
- Support the OCB launch and the post-launch action plan.
- Support Director on matters related to planning and resourcing.
- Develop business partner relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist other tasks assigned by the Director.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Excellent business development and communications skills are necessary.
- Background in higher education and lifelong learning preferred.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate in Thai.
