**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting.
- Process payments and handle client transactions accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, booking software).
- A friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work Thursday to Sunday, 1045am to 830pm (lunch 1 hour)
