**Responsibilities**:

- Store checking; ensure an adequate supply of the productive sector.
- Monitor all the staff attendance and training all the staffs
- Build the good networks among production department, sales department and admin department;
- Talk with existing customers to further understanding of specific needs;
- Error handling, case tests, and operational process.
- Assist operations supervisor deal with all matters
- Assist in the food production process. i.e. cooking mochi skin and packing the finished products
- Storing finished products in cold room and tidying the storage area
- daily cleaning of production area
- Other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements
- Able to commit 6 days a week.
- Able to carry physical heavy loads of up to 35kg
- Able to start to work at early morning 3am.
