Singapore MATRIX PROCESS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. Full time

Engage partners in the innovation ecosystem such as trade associations and accelerators to provide IPM capability building and support for these partners and their enterprises.
- Engage businesses to generate awareness of IP/IA and demonstrate the value of IP/IA management (“IPM”). This includes:

- To deliver relevant talks and company consultations;
- To create enterprise IPM resources such as articles and guides; and
- To provide IP/IA capability building and strategy services to companies.
- To engage public agencies on IP/IA capability building and management, including guided IP policy development and IP/IA stocktakes.
- Responsible for operating and enhancing frameworks, policies, processes for minimizing the IPR risks from reactive governance approaches.
- To gather raw data, conducting segmentation analysis, and other statistical techniques to create scalable solutions for Reactive IPR risk governance
- To develop and execute market research to gain consumer/customer insights and market trend insights
- To monitor, analyse, evaluate market trends, consumer/customer behaviour & competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brand. To ensure that marketing mix is aligned to meet changing consumer/customer needs
- Experience with advertize agency, media agency & market research agency
- To facilitate sprint planning and grooming sessions, ensuring that user stories are properly defined, estimated, and prioritized
- To conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that features meet the product owner's expectations and are aligned with business requirements
- Closely work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and create standard operating procedures
- Prepare training materials on new product features to orient related teams.
- Provide support for the users, work with regional product team to troubleshoot the issues
