Overview:
The purpose of this role is to exceed sales targets for key Singaporean accounts, by developing long-term positive customer relationships, building confidence and loyalty in COOK Medical.

The role is a member of a high performing, energetic sales team selling medical devices to support Endovascular Aortic Repair, Peripheral Vasculature Procedures and Pacemaker Lead Management. Additional duties are coordinating and delivering medical education to cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, and other health professionals; and managing, with assistance, tenders and contracts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigate new business opportunities for COOK Vascular products while developing and maintaining relationships with existing COOK customers.
- Establish and develop strong relationships with key Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists to increase sales of COOK Vascular products.
- Identify business opportunities and risks to ensure effective management of the customer base.
- Identify customer education needs to support the use of COOK products efficiently, effectively and safely.
- Contribute innovative service arrangements to build customer loyalty.
- Analyse sales reports to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Provide customer support on inventory and consignment within company guidelines.
- Provide clinical support for vascular procedures on assigned territory, and off territory when required.
- Ability to attend procedures outside of normal working hours if the need arises.
- Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the COOK Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

- A clinical background in Vascular procedures and/or qualifications in a health-related area is highly desirable.
- Proven success in a medical device or pharmaceutical hospital sales role
- Energetic, self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality service and business profit
- Exceptional time management, planning and organizing skills essential
- Ability to work comfortably in a theatre/clinical environment
- Ability to work autonomously with high levels of motivation
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
