Diet Aide

Responsibilities
- Inspect food trays to ensure that meals are prepared in accordance with kitchen guidelines.
- Provide therapeutic training to kitchen employees.
- Perform a patient satisfaction survey
- Assist in the daily operations of the Control Room and ensure that all meal orders are communicated to the Kitchen in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining all diet cards before handing them over to the kitchen for plating
- Manage diet orders in eMOS and take the initiative to clarify any discrepancies and/or ambiguous meal orders with ward staff.
- Work with the Culinary and Stewarding teams to ensure that meals are delivered on time, especially second trolley meal orders.
- Professionally handle feedback from ward staff and provide appropriate service recovery
- As part of incident management, conduct investigation and traceability checks in eMOS as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Work-related experience may be advantageous..
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Working Location: Sengkang
- Working Days : 6 days per week
