Keppel Capital is a premier asset manager in Asia, and it is the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation Limited. With assets under management of approximately S$33 billion, Keppel Capital has a diversified portfolio that includes real estate, infrastructure and data centre properties in key global markets. The Client Solutions team is responsible in supporting capital raising matters, responding to investor queries, providing timely updates to investors, monitoring portfolio performance and supporting research covering global economies, real estate and alternative asset classes.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Support Keppel Capital’s fund raising process using the Salesforce database management.- Assist in the preparation and updating of Keppel Capital’s corporate deck and fund-related presentation slides to support capital raising function across various asset classes.- Assist with investor reporting, starting with Keppel Education Asset Fund (KEAF).- Co-ordinate and respond to due diligence questionnaires, requests for proposals (RFPs) and/or other written materials as required.- Assist with planning and management of investor meetings across various funds.
Learning Outcomes:
- Able to support investor reporting and communication.- To be able to put together a pitch deck for investors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.- A self-motivated team player who is detailed-oriented, organized and able to learn quickly.- Strong interpersonal and good stakeholder management skills.- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
