**Your Job**
- Lead a section of Engineers/Associate Engineer
- Accountable for the execution of the instrumentation/calibrations and metrology services and activities in the site
- Leads the execution of YDD/Metrology activities in accordance to stipulated production schedule and compliance requirements
- Responsible for maintaining and repairing all the department equipment. Use of problem-solving skills to identify the issue, research solutions and implement a solution
- Support of the Tool refresh and Fab Tools start-up
- Encourage team to create, identify and implement new and innovative ideas
- Manage Department Budget and improve the Cost KPI
- To manage & drive Vendors to support Quality Uptime & Improvement
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelors in Engineering
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Defect / Metrology manufacturing in a Leading or management role
- Knowledge in process flow and the use of YDD/Metrology tools will be an added advantage
- Well verse of multiple Ydd/Metrology Tools will be an added advantage
- Passion for problem solving in a fast-paced innovation driven environment
- Team player with skill and desire to work in diverse multi-cultural environment developing both junior and senior engineers
