**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform various accounting and administrative tasks as directed by the manager.
- Manage petty cash transactions.
- Ensure timely payments from customers and control credit.
- Reconcile direct debits and financial accounts.
- Verify that all payments and records are accurate.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.

- Familiar with office equipment like printers and fax machines.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of MYOB software.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attentive to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Minimum O Level/Diploma in Accounting.
