The QEHS Executive is responsible for assisting to develop, implement, and maintain Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.

**Job Descriptions and Responsibilities**:
**Quality Management**
- Assist to establish, implement and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO 9001.
- Conduct internal quality audits and manage external audits.
- Assist to communicate to respective departments on their audit findings.
- Coordinate and consolidate all corrective and preventive actions of audit findings to customer or certification bodies.
- Assist to review and implement continuous improvement of product quality and processes.
- Assist to coordinate with interested parties on its quality issues, project requirements, contract requirements.
- Perform data analysis, reviews, endorse and maintain QA / QC retained documented information.
- Perform quality control inspections as per acceptance criteria indicated in PO, specifications, or customers’ requirements.

**Environmental Management**
- Assist to establish, implement and maintain environmental management systems in line with ISO 14001 standards.
- Conduct environmental audits and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Assist to promote initiatives to reduce the company’s environmental footprint, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
- Perform data analysis, reviews, endorse and maintain EHS retained documented information.

**Health & Safety Management**
- Assist to establish, implement and maintain health and safety management systems in line with the ISO 45001 standards.
- Act as assistant secretary of the QEHS committee.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of appropriate controls. Perform duties of a risk management leader.
- Assist RA teams to investigate and report writing for accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Assist process owners with health and safety training to employees and promote a culture of safety.
- Perform data analysis, reviews, endorse and maintain EHS retained documented information.
- Conduct periodic EHS inspections.
- Prepare training documents, safety bulletins and be updated with the latest information on legislation.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of QEHS system.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
- Experience in Product Specification such as NORSOK, ASTM, ASME will be an advantage.
- Well versed with knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Able to use quality tools such as 5M, 8D methodology, Six Sigma, FMEA will be an advantage.
- Able to read and understand job specification, interpret QP, BOM and drawings.
- Competent to perform risk assessment, management and communication.
- Able to read and understand legislation will be an advantage.
- Able to perform incident investigation and report writing.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels.
- Possess critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player and able to work independently when needed.
- Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized.
