We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in the marketing and sales industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Manage face to face customer through effective customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management team.

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing and Management
- Willing to be train as training will be provided
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to travel
- Result oriented and sales driven
- Fresh graduates welcome and no working experiences required
- A person with great intuition and initiative
- Focused on developing strong relationships to grow existing accounts
- Committed to acquiring significant new business

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,600.00 per month
