WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

Internal Communications
- Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit internally and amongst all internal teams
- Draw upon experience from across the CSM network, where relevant, to optimise quality of work provided on the account
- Working with the CSM Singapore team on all planning and delivery of the partnerships event and strategy
- Day to day contact with key global business units, key stakeholders and suppliers

- Day to day administrative support, including meeting agendas, supplier onboarding documents and finance invoicing
- Lead role in the delivery of contractual rights and branding approvals
- Supporting role in community, fan and employees engagement programmes, including ideas planning, fan engagement, suppliers' liaison and management, day-to-day coordination and onsite delivery

Internal Communications

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent industry experience
- 1+ years’ client facing experience, within Sports Business preferred
- Proven ability to prioritise and delegate, with excellent time management
- A team player who is prepared to step outside of their job description to assist colleagues when required
- Excellent communication, decision making and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, additional language skills an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore sporting landscape an advantage
