Lead QA Engineer

Singapore TESCOM (SINGAPORE) SOFTWARE SYSTEMS TESTING PTE LTD. Full time

**What will you do?**
- Effectively Manage testers, testing scope and coverages across a portfolio of different projects
- Implement Agile testing practices and tools
- Manage or oversees writing of automation test scripts
- Manage or oversees various tests such as Manual/Automated/Functional/Exploratory testing/Cross-Platform Testing for the various platforms (iOS, Android, Web)
- Manage, Design and oversees system integration tests with external systems and generate test reports
- Manage, Design and oversees Performance Test
- Design, develop and maintain the testing environment, testing framework, test plan, regression test suites and test cases in accordance with changing requirements
- Review all test artefacts created for projects
- Champion and drive product quality and QE practices

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in software testing with 2 years experience leading teams across multiple projects
- Experience in functional testing and Non-Functional Testing such as performance testing
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate in learning and working with new technologies
- Good working experience of the Robot Framework (using Python language)
- Experience in Behaviour-Driven Development
- Driven, tenacious and motivated despite the challenges

**Good to have**:

- Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst certification will be advantageous
- Working Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology
- Experience in Security testing
