Your mission is to successfully manage and execute events and projects for the undergraduate school, including events at Campus Singapore. These events and projects are focused on building brand awareness, lead generation and lead conversion. This will include creating unforgettable experiences throughout the customer journey, aligned with EHL values and business objectives. This position reports to the Global Sales Development Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Events Management
To take ownership of end-to-end delivery of internal and external events and projects both on campus and off-campus, including digital events. These are in support of all EHL UGS departments, with a focus on Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
Projects and Events will include:
- Sales Events (EHL Academy, EHLMeets, Campus Events)
- Agent Events (Fairs, Fly Ins, Meetings)
Conceptualisation
- Working with Sales, Business Development, Marketing & Communications departments
- Conducting effective meetings to discuss objectives and goals of events
Operations
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with external suppliers for delivery of goods or services associated with events
- Budget management
- Maintaining smooth communication with all stakeholders involved
Execution
- Ensuring smooth delivery of events and projects
- Management and communication during events
Follow Up
- Post event data reports and ROI reporting
- Post event feedback collection and reporting
Other Tasks
Task management to support the overall UGS department including Sales, Business Development, Events and Marketing.
- Support on administration (PPT, Canva, Reporting)
- Support on budget and finance administration
- Support on sales and marketing ad hoc tasks
