We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to assist and support the production operations. Key role is to supervise, directs and as necessary, participate in departmental (Processing and Packaging areas) work activities to produce the desired quality of finished products at the most favourable cost. Consistently strives to meet established quality standards.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for coordination and control of production processes to ensure activities follow as plan.
- Monitor the production output and maintain high-quality standards to meet KPIs.
- Oversee the quality of production and products to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all production activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of production area.

**Requirement**
- Proven experience as Production Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience in handling machinery is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit.
