Real Estate Manager

**Job Description**:
- Responsible for the delivery of all the phases of Project Management activities including, and not limited to, requirements programming gathering, budgeting and estimating, procurement of design, construction and consulting vendors, cost negotiations, project implementation, performance / milestone tracking, reporting, commissioning, and project close-out.
- Orchestrate the development of project design, plans, schedules, and budgets (including capital budget justification) for all assigned projects including resource requirements. Build strategies and ensure effective inputs from partner teams such as IT, Physical Security, Admin and external vendor, and others into overall requirements and workplace outcomes
- Create efficient processes and approval flows for all operational related items to each assigned project and recommend changes resulting in cost savings.
- Oversee multiple owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, and create status dashboards for executive reporting
- Ensure effective punch list completion with contractors and the company’s facilities and end-user teams. Adhere to company processes for sourcing, contracting, budgeting, approvals, and payments.
- Partner with Procurement, Cost, and Legal teams to ensure projects are managed within corporate processes and guidelines.
- Have project management, architectural / design, or construction focus or equivalent experience.
- Expert in directly managing a variety of workplace design and construction projects in a fast-growing company.
- Strong people skills and the ability to influence stakeholders, build robust stakeholder relationships and managing differing viewpoints and priorities
**Requirements**:
- With at least 5 years’ professional real estate experience.
- Business acumen with deep interest in real estate, project and facility management.
- Understanding of real estate strategies.
- Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong executive presence, excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and source of proposals.
- Personality and professionalism to be able to operate within a large parent organization, balancing corporate demands and uniqueness of stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Written, verbal and visual communication effectiveness.
