Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Officer, Service Delivery (6 months contract).**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Responsible for generating payment instructions and ensure payments are in order before passing to checker/authorizer for signing. Update checklist with types of payment instructions generated
- Responsible to upload duly signed payment instructions and soft copy excel files via payment release system / send to Bank for processing
- Ensure all payments uploaded to payment release system are accounted for and notify Offshore Payment Processing Team on urgent payments
- Responsible to upload checklist and duly signed instructions for Settlement Team to perform trade settlement
- Issue cheques for investors who request for cheque payment
- Update cheque register and ensure all cheques are accounted for
- Monitor unpresented cheques and prepare notification letters to investors with unpresented cheques
- Check subscription transfer reports to ensure payments are released to Fund Accounts
- Ensure all exceptions are captured in the payment instructions before releasing to Bank for processing
- Responsible to provide instructions to Offshore Team to prepare miscellaneous payments upon receipt of complete documentations from client
- Handle cheque stop payment and cheque reissuance requests
- Administer and maintain cheque/despatch register to account for cheque issuance
- Responsible for providing data files with subscription/redemption/reinvestment trades to Agent Banks/CPF Board on a timeliness manner
- Perform matching on redemption working sheet to ensure trades are not omitted for payments
- Monitor and follow-up on delay due to non-receipt of subscription monies
- Prepare monthly cheque inventory for review
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in working with a small team to work towards team goals
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines within a changing work environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal and problem solving skills - with the ability to think laterally to solve problems with limited resources
- Ability to provide high level customer service in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to work independently and to liaise with staff at all levels
