**Requirements**:

- Lead the end-to-end acquisition strategy for TMGM’s crypto trading products, with a strong focus on driving new client growth (FTD) across core and emerging markets.
- Design, test, and scale multi-channel acquisition campaigns (paid media, KOL/affiliate partnerships,app stores etc. ) to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
- Build quarterly acquisition roadmaps with clear KPIs, prioritization, and resource planning to ensure sustainable growth in FTDs, Net Deposit, and trading volume.
- Use analytics and feedback loops to continuously monitor acquisition funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize campaigns for conversion and retention impact.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch crypto-related acquisition initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, promotions, and onboarding flows tailored to different markets.
- Drive crypto-specific acquisition through partnerships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and regional growth partners, aligning with TMGM’s global brand and sponsorship assets (e.g., Chelsea FC, Nets NBA).
- Partner closely with product, design, compliance, and regional teams to ensure acquisition strategies are market-compliant, culturally relevant, and aligned with business objectives.
