Assist the project director to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
- Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required
- Work closely with multiple disciple for the submission of documents/MTO/Purchase.
- Inform all supervisors and subcontractors promptly of any construction schedule changes, and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
- Review and Data entry the outstanding Punchlist into System (PIMS) - Able to update Periodically Punchlist status into PIMS
- Consolidate and distribute weekly reports of Punchlist status
- Identify and categorize punch for the outstanding works
- Coordinate punch list meeting with various discipline team’s construction and commissioning
- Establish Mechanical Completion process (MC) with KSL
- Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Engineering of Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience on E-house or Offshore
- In depth knowledge of MC process Experiences in Leading Supervisors and Contractors
- Experienced in Leading Supervisors and Contractors
