This incumbent is accountable for delivering training for all food brands within TiffinLabs that includes new launches, LTO, re-training assessment & conduct quality audit regulary.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct training for all new & existing partner; ensures the partners understands the brand standard fully and able to execute
- Conduct re-training for existing partners, as refreshers for all partners
- Schedule partner visits to evaluate their product quality, workflow, suggest improvement plan & follow up.
- Conducts quality & hygiene checks to ensure brand’s & SFA standards are met all the time
- Creates and maintains weekly and monthly training plan, coordinating with Partner Success & Franchise Operation team
- Tracks & follow up on all deviations to ensures they are rectified in time
- Creates SOP and training materials for all brands
- Constantly reviews and improves processes and implement changes
- Be an additional hand during peak season/ hours with self-operated kitchens/partner operated kitchens.
- Be part of R&D of new menu development, working with local & regional suppliers. Collaborate with R&D chef within the region to conduct tasting & implement new menu SOP’s.
- Assist in preparing report for Management’s review
- Other duties as assigned by the head of departments
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Certificate in culinary or hospitality management
- 2 - 5 years of experience in culinary/ F&B training field within QSR or casual dining
- Willing to be hand-on person & operational
- You are a learning advocate with an appreciation towards F&B and is experienced in delivering training in corporate or non-corporate environment
- Able to deliver trainings in English and Mandarin
- This role will be required to undergo training at the outlet to understand outlet operation
