**Role Overview**
As a Production Specialist, you will be involved in the preparations, production, testing, and processing activities of our products. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team that will be building the company operations, standards, and methods of working. This position involves working primarily in a manufacturing plant and laboratory setting.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist all tasks related to production: from feedstock preparation, to harvest and refining, to finished product inventory
- Operating multiple machines across various processes
- Running trials and streamlining operations including equipment and procedures
- Monitoring and awareness of equipment performance with timely communication
- Support daily operations, including use of equipment, cleaning, preparation works, documentation and managing material inventory
- Responsible for maintaining equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform handling, labelling, packaging, loading and unloading of materials for both inbound and outbound transportations
- Working with the team to ensure that quality, waste and efficiency are meeting requirements
**Qualifications and Experience**
Required:
- Minimum Secondary / Institute of Technical Education (ITE) / Diploma
- Can do attitude, adaptable and open-minded
- Good team player and able to adapt well in a dynamic environment
- Able to handle physical work in an operational production environment
- Carry out assigned jobs, ad-hoc duties or project works when tasked
- Comfortable troubleshooting and testing
- Ability to be flexible in work hours
