**Receiving & Inspection**: Receive and inspect temperature-sensitive goods; check for quantity, damage, and cold chain compliance.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock records and organize cold storage to ensure optimal conditions.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Pick, pack, and prepare orders, ensuring temperature control and proper packaging.
- **Loading & Unloading**: Safely handle loading/unloading of goods while preserving product quality.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely in cold storage areas.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of inventory, temperature logs and other documentation as per regulatory standards.
- **Cleanliness & Safety**: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment to health and safety regulations
- **Team Support**: Work with the team to complete daily warehouse tasks efficiently.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other tasks as assigned by management and serve as a backup to the designated buddy when necessary

**Requirement**:

- Ability to work in a physically demanding cold store environment.
- Valid forklift license; experience with reach truck and pallet jack.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Excel, Word, and inventory systems.
- Experience in cold chain management, food safety regulations (HACCP), and inventory control.
- Effective communication in both English and Mandarin to interact with Mandarin/English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Strong sense of urgency, time management, meticulous, detail-oriented.
