Duties
- In order to expand our talent pool in line with the expansion of our business, we are looking for ambitious associate to grow into managers in the near future.
- Through this, fresh graduates will gain a deep understanding of our unique production and sales, as well as an overall of our business.
- You will belong to the production management department and actively engage and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- In addition, a mentor will accompany you and provide guidance.
- Specifically, you will be asked to do the following.
- Communicate closely with Japan sales representatives who
are the contact point for customers.
- Support the person in charge of the manufacturing
department for card production.
- Hold meetings closely with the manufacturing department
and Japan sales representatives regarding product
specifications, production methods, production plans, etc.
for each customer.
- By supporting production planning, scheduling, and its
execution instructions, contribute for manufacturing
department to achieve quality assurance and production
schedule goals.
- Cooperate with related parties to support the handling of
production problems that arise in the manufacturing
process.
- Support communication with suppliers regarding changes
in materials and equipment required for production.
- Check the production schedule and support the progress of
all tasks.
- Monitor material inventory levels and ensure that materials
are available to meet production requirements.
- Support coordination with logistics companies to deliver
products to customers.
Requirement
- Holders of degree or higher.
- Open to Fresh Graduates
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Teamwork and positive attitude
- Analytical and systematic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, ability to handle multiple tasks, and the ability to work under pressure
- Those who can transfer to Japan or overseas bases in the future
