Responsibilities: - Overall Project planning, schedule and executing the projects with time, budget and customer’s expectation - Main focal point for the Technical / Commercial matters with EPC / End-users - Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of work to meet targets - Stake Holder Management including participating in Project Review Board and Sponsors Meeting regularly - Coordinate internal resources and 3rd party vendors for the flawless execution of all projects - Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Ensure that work are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements - Ensure resource availability and allocation - Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress - Manage changes to project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation - Control & monitor the procurement activities and timely delivery to Factory Production/ Integration - Control & Monitor Factory Production/ Integration in line with the overall project schedule - Negotiate with vendors to get the best price - Manage multiple nation of customers, vendors and internal team members - Responsible for the project close out including site support activities. - Willing to travel to regional office for project execution Requirements: - Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation) - Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management experience in Control & automation & Analyser House delivery. - Exposure on handling Mega project (More than 5MUS$) with international EPCs / End-users - Hands-on professional with strong relevant technical competence, good leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills. - Stake Holder Management skills - PMI Certification will be an added advantage, - Able to multi-task to meet the project delivery requirements. - Able to travel to overseas on a short notice as per project requirements.
