**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare written and verbal presentation to the clients;
- Provide portfolio monitoring services for clients including collecting, preparing and processing of portfolio transactions and financial for reports;
- Prepare investment analysis and portfolio reporting;
- Maintain level 1, level 2 and level 3 data for clients using our portfolio services;
- Prepare and maintain the portfolio companies’ financial in the SMP system;
- Review and verify the portfolio data with those stated in the quarterly report;
- Provide support to clients’ and investors’ inquires;
- Prepare investor capital and distribution notices;
- Prepare ad hoc requests regarding fund and investor specific reports as well as analysis;
- Prepare partners’ capital account statement;
- Prepare fund annual and quarterly financial reports;
- Participate in pre-project stage discussion with the clients and to define more detailed services model for specific clients as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or related field;
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals to both internal and external parties;
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin is a must;
- Knowledge in private equity fund is a plus;
- Work independently to solve problems and can manage time under tight deadlines;
- Proactive, self
- motivated, detail-oriented, keen to learn, flexible, multi-task, team player.
