We are looking for a Head of E-Commerce and Social Media to join us in a position based in Singapore, reporting to the Managing Director. Main responsibilities would include leading a team in managing the online operations, business planning, and marketing strategies of our B2C ecommerce platform, as well as driving social media strategy.

To be successful in this role, you should have broad B2C e-commerce experience, strong leadership and management skills, and be hands-on in the management of day-to-day ecommerce tasks.

**Job Description**:
E-COMMERCE
- Overseeing the e-commerce functions of the business in all of its various forms including managing the website and online store, overseeing digital marketing strategies, defining product pricing strategies, forecasting demands, and overseeing sales performance.
- Manage product & promotional content on the e-commerce platform.
- Be responsible for the evolution of the look, feel and customer experience on the e-commerce site to increase customer lifetime value.
- Managing all paid promotional aspects such as key words, paid banners, shop in shop etc.
- Responsible for Product Data content management and enhancement.
- SEO strategy and optimization on e-commerce site & corporate website.
- Reporting sell-through & reacting to all customer interaction on the e-commerce platform with a methodological approach.
- Provide analysis of market trends, strategies on how to increase brand awareness, insight on increasing online sales, and ways to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer database mining & management (cleaning and growth) to effect sales and marketing strategies.

SOCIAL MEDIA
- Create, plan and present digital content strategies and content calendar for social media channels.
- Work with the Graphic Design team to produce artwork for online marketing.
- Generate content ideas for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
- Oversee the writing of creative copy for multi-purpose contents to be published on social media and other digital channels.
- Leading the set up and optimization of social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience or 10 or more years of relevant experience in B2C commerce.
- Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data and analytics, and set up necessary ecommerce KPIs.
- Excellent command of English and general communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills required in order to effectively coordinate with other departments.
- Prepared to be operationally hands-on where necessary.
- Able to prioritize, organize and execute multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
- Self-driven personality and a team player.
