**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning & Execution**
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic vision and long-term goals, working closely with senior leadership.
- Oversee and drive key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction for identifying new opportunities, optimizing business processes, and adapting to market changes.
- **Market & Investment Analysis**
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform investment strategies and business decisions.
- Lead the evaluation of investment opportunities across various sectors, providing strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with investment and financial teams to assess risks, returns, and alignment with strategic goals.
- **Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of analysts and other professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, operations) to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully executed and aligned with company goals.
- Regularly present strategic recommendations and updates to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making.
- **Operational Efficiency & Strategic Growth**
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and maximize value across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to explore new business avenues, geographical markets, and product/service lines to achieve sustainable growth.
- Monitor and assess the performance of strategic initiatives, providing continuous feedback and course corrections when necessary.
- **Industry Intelligence & Thought Leadership**
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide thought leadership on potential growth areas.
- Share insights and strategic recommendations on market shifts, consumer behavior, and other external factors influencing the business.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**
- Over 10 years of experience in strategic management, business development, or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- **Skills & Expertise**
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a practical, results-oriented approach.
- Advanced financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment skills.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to develop insights, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and senior leadership.
