Job Scope
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to arrange training programmes across Whole Of Government
- Manage administrative functions within internal HR system including but not limited to course creation, publication and update of course schedules
- Track course registrations, attendance and be the liaison between agency, public service officers and Operations Partner.
- Organise and prepare logístical aspects such as training venue, material, aids and catering services.
- Ensure necessary billing and payment processes are performed in a timely manner including but not limited to invoice verification and charging out arrangements.
- Provide performance data reports on a timely basis
- Provide consistent, high quality customer service excellence to public officers.
- Work closely with the Academy Ops team to ensure operational excellence for Whole Of Government
- Ensure IM8 compliance for systems

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in the field of Learning & Development, Human Resources, Customer Service or equivalent
- At least 2 years of proven experience in system administration role

Required skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal as well as a strong customer service ethic
- Moderate knowledge of Workday internal HR system including workflow processes
- Collaborative and good team player
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work location

HQ: GovTech-HQ 10MBC / Level 10

Working Hours

Mon to Fri: 9 - 6pm

Sat/Sun: Off
