**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and promotions, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Analyze data and insights to develop actionable recommendations for improving trade marketing strategies and tactics.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade marketing activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing plans, including pricing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/ diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the context of trade channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
