**Field Application Engineer** **Roles & Responsibilities Location: Jurong Island Working Days: 6 days Working hours :8:00am to 7.30pm Salary : $2600 - $3000 **Duties** - Drive product line & develop strategies - Create business opportunities with potential customers - Conduct market survey - Prospect for new accounts - Service existing customers - Provide market trend feedback - Assist in price negotiations and customer delivery issues **Requirements**: - Must have Degree and experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Marine and Powerplant industries as well as trouble shoot customer problems with support from our suppliers technical team. - At least 2 years’ experience in similar field. - Must be prepared to work hours to fit with US suppliers if conference calls are needed to discuss product training, problem solving or related technical issues. - Ensuring smooth project processes, among other things through the support and further development of cooperation with other departments - Definition and optimization of workflows and associated processes in "Project and Application Engineering" - Coordination and planning of engineering resources according to the project requirements in collaboration with the engineering team leaders - Support for the engineering specialists in the selection, implementation and maintenance of the tools and methods - Supervision of personnel, as necessary, including any subcontractors, during construction phases - Monitoring of deadlines and costs according to project requirements - Creation and review of project specific drawings and documents - Independent development of solution proposals and technical concepts - Technical support for other departments within the I&C segment - Technical support for the Field Service Technician team on projects On and Offshore - Interface control between the different trades such as electrical engineering, hydraulics, etc. - Maintain up to date knowledge of latest I&C equipment standards
