**Description**
- To assist TCM physicians in chaperone, patient care and treatments (such as massage for both gender, auricular ear seeds acupuncture, and other TCM modalities)
- To conduct therapy treatment for all programs instructed by the Physician.
- Manage clinic counters such as appointment booking, collection of payment, and bookkeeping.
- Take care of general clinic cleanliness and tidiness (including laundry).
- Ensure all treatment details are recorded in the system.
- Ensure turnover and tidiness of treatment beds, towels and equipment
- Ensure adequacy and refilling of acupuncture needles and supplies
- Conduct inventory checks weekly.
- Dispensary of TCM herbs to be done correctly
- Clinic ad-hoc duties whenever necessary

**Requirements**:

- Passionate in healthcare and customer service
- Good personality.
- Able to communicate with patients bilingually.
- Basic IT knowledge/skills are needed.
- Ability to manage stress, highly motivated with the ability to work in a team, and a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant medical experience is an advantage.
- Passionate in learning new things.
- With or without experience are welcome.
- On-job training provided.
- Able to commit 5.5 days work week.
