**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:Lead the process of gathering business requirements through workshops, interviews, surveys, and other elicitation techniques. Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.
- **Technical Specifications**:Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications, including use cases, user stories, data flow diagrams, and process flows.
- **Stakeholder Management**:Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, quality assurance, and business users. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- **Project Scope and Planning**:Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Participate in project planning and estimation, providing insights into resource requirements and timelines.
- **Risk Assessment**:Identify potential risks and challenges related to project requirements and propose mitigation strategies.
- **Team Leadership**:Guide and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing support, feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- **Change Management**:Assist in change management activities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about changes to requirements and project scope.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure that the delivered solutions meet the defined business requirements and quality standards. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test cases and validate solutions.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and techniques related to business analysis. Continuously improve the business analysis processes within the organization.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) as a Business Analyst, with significant experience leading business analysis activities on IT projects.
- Min 3 years of leadership experience
- Experience with Government projects is highly desireable
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
