**Job Scope**:

- As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target.
- Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-in based on availability.
- Understand customer's needs and wants and perform professional.consultation to recommend company’s treatments and products.
- Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments.
- Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets.
- Required to comply with all workplace health and safety standards.
- Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers.
- Read and comply with all company policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, hair removal and more.
- Offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on clients’ needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and treatment areas.
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Min 1 years experience in Aesthetics / Beauty industries.
- Sales oriented and customer focus.
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care and treatment).
- Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Good work attitude and willingness to learn.

**Work hours**:

- Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm
- Annal leave up to 14 days
