Job Description

With the support and guidance of a manager, your will:
- Work independently to plan, lead and execute technical work in line with R&D, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks.- Able to resolve issue and concerns raised during the project with mínimal guidance from line manager.- Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions independently- Effectively plan and conduct pilot plant and lab trials in accordance with HSE, QP and HACCP requirements.- Plan, lead and execute development activities (e.g. product shelf life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation. etc.).- Provide direction for product development, you will use digital simulation models to obtain, understand and interpret consumer insights and commercial information.- Create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications and be responsible for stakeholder management and influencing decisions based on conclusions made from analysis and interpretation of results. Putting the consumer at the heart of development activities-
- Communicating effectively verbally and in writing, including technical writing- To ensure overall compliance with Mondelēz International GMP and Safety standards

What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Food science, science, or engineering ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods market- Prioritizing and managing activities- Attention to details, organized and can work independently- A good knowledge and understanding on MS Office Tools

Education / Certifications:
- Food Science and Technology related courses in Degree

Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years work experience preferably within the food industry
