**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative support to the investment team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

2. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials for investment team meetings.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date investment team files, records, and databases.

4. Assist in the preparation and distribution of investment reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

5. Coordinate and track investment team expenses, ensuring timely submission of expense reports and reimbursement requests.

6. Assist in the coordination and execution of investment transactions, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.

7. Conduct research and gather information to support investment team projects and initiatives.

8. Assist in the preparation and coordination of investment team events, conferences, and presentations.

9. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and vendors.

10. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and support across the organization.

11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

12. may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the investment team and organization.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 10 years of experience as a team secretary or similar role, preferably in the investment team or financial institution or professional services.

2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

3. Experienced in managing high volume of complex travel arrangement and calendar management.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

5. Proactive in addressing areas of process enhancement.

6. High Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse team.

10. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

11. Knowledge of investment terminology and processes is a plus.
