**Job Purpose**:

- Returned Mail
- Acct Maintenance
- Manual remediation of any data clean up exercise
- Other administrative functions
- Provide support to the day-to-day operations and quality control of returned mails and client documentation services in CPB Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides support to the day-to-day operations andquality control of returned mails and client documentation services in CPB Asia.
- Regular communications with Marketing and other ops units to follow up on issues and areas of concerns.
- Involves in data remediation exercises
- Provide regular status updates and escalate necessary issues to Department Head.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager

**Knowledge/Experience**:
**Essential**
- Preferably with 1 years of experience in banking operations

**Skills: (technical skills)**

**Essential**
- Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint

**Qualifications: (degree/certifications)**

**Essential**
- Degree in Banking & Finance, preferably with 1 years of experience in banking operations
