The broader Revenue Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals/execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward. The team focuses on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and helps evolve ideas into future-growth initiativesAs part of the App Dev Program Operations team, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining business processes. As a Business Strategy and Operations Associate, you will be an expert on how our sales teams function. You will work to reduce the time spent on non-customer activities by improving operations based on needs. In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses **Responsibilities**: - Support critical Business Operations and Chief of Staff functions globally for AppDev RSO; navigate and influence global AppDev sales teams on priority initiatives as well as execution of the broader business strategy - Conduct analysis of complex datasets and models as part of GCS strategic projects including key growth initiatives, sales go-to-market optimization opportunities and business drivers and operating metrics for executive business reviews - Develop compelling data-driven narratives, data visualizations, and business recommendations for senior stakeholders and contribute to executive level presentations - Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics - Own existing processes and initiatives through ongoing analysis and project management, delivering high quality executive communications Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
