We have partnered with a growth-stage Technology start-up dealing with cutting edge AI (Artificial Intelligence) & IoT (Internet of Things) solutions. It's a great opportunity for someone to join a talented and multicultural team in a senior strategically important position. You will report directly to the Group CEO and will work closely with Senior Management to predominantly focus initial efforts of end-to-end fundraising as well as evaluate and execute future acquisitions, investments and partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the group senior leadership team and the Ventures CEO to drive corporate development opportunities in a progressive and systematic manner
- Manage current and future fundraise by leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support all aspects of M&A activities including market intelligence, sourcing, target research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, due diligence and closing & integration activities Lead management reporting efforts to internal stakeholders and external investors
- Unique opportunity to work on exciting growth projects across the organization

**Requirements**:

- Experience in capital raising, fundraising, investment banking, M&A, investing or relevant services,
- Being able to thrive in a dynamic growth-stage start-up environment leading fundraising activities,
- Knowledge of financial modelling, with a good understanding of Corporate Finance.

**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
