**About the Role**:
In this role, your key accountabilities will include:

- Manage a team of around 8 internal and external consultants for the project, change request and production support work in Treasury and Cash Management.
- Engage with stakeholders in technology and business for technology trend analysis, incident management, change requests, business impact scoping and other testing / training requirements.
- Support the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects under the portfolio.
- Commit to health, safety, environmental responsibility and sustainable development, as well as BHP’s Charter and Code of Conduct.

**About You**:

- Deep understanding of SAP Treasury, Cash Management and/or Bank Communication Management (BCM)
- Experience in integration between SAP and external parties, e.g. banks, market data providers, etc.
- Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing these to solve business problems.
- Experience managing teams of internal and external people in different locations.
- Capable of engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders and able to manage conflicts/issues with the business/end users.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Desirable Skills
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related (STEM) discipline is desirable.
- Knowledge & practical experience in the area of Agile, DevOps methodologies and practices is an advantage
