**Responsibilities**:

- Manage eCommerce website and online marketplaces; create new and maintain existing product listing to ensure information are consistent across all platforms.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on eCommerce sales performance.
- Liaise with Design Team on artwork requirements and monitor the process to completion.
- Prepare and upload product listings including content such as pictures, pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell for various eCommerce partner’s platforms and ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and execute campaigns and promotion plans/launches in coordination with the management direction.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer comments, reviews, complaints and feedbacks.
- Analyze sales reports and identify new business opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and any new eCommerce platforms.
- Ensure smooth operation of the designated accounts which includes managing store inventory and attending to enquires.
- Responsible for various accounts stock inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, ie logistics companies for B2B operations.
- Assist in stock take when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, similar or related or at least 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and different digital marketing channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly initiative with positive energy, able to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
- Consistently and independently solve problems and achieve objectives.
- Process good attitude towards learning and improving.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, not a must but a plus point.

Work location: Orchard.

Work hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:30am to 6:30pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
